RESERVATIONS
The Lamp Room is an independent restaurant and as such, our continued viability relies heavily on reservations being honoured by our guests or sufficient notice being given of any changes to plans or reservations. For all bookings, guests are required to provide credit/debit card details to secure the reservation. The Lamp Room reserves the right to charge for any guest cancelling within 48 hours or any No Show guest £10 per guest for dinner service and £5 per guest for breakfast/lunch service. Any charges will be taken from the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking without further notice. Small amendments may be made after the booking is confirmed, but additional space cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATIONS
We cannot accept alterations/cancellations to a booking with less than 48hrs notice. If we are able to resell your table then we will gladly not charge your card but if your table remains empty/unsold then it is at management discretion to charge your card without any further notice. Please understand we are a small, family run business and we cannot afford to have tables sitting empty due to last minute cancellations and no-shows. This process can only be bypassed at managements discretion. If you require more information please do not hesitate to contact one of our management team.

Lamp Room reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on this Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You must not knowingly misuse this Site in a malicious or harmful way. Any unauthorised access to the Site or Server on which the Site will be seen as a criminal act.
