OUR COFFEE

We pride ourselves on the standard of our coffee and make sure that our highly trained staff produce the exact same drink of equal quality every time you visit.

To do so they need a fantastic coffee been, which is why we use a bean sourced from Brazil and Uganda which is of medium roast which makes it a great all-round bean for Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte and Flat White alike.

Our coffee has lots of roast notes, and an earthy character, which creates a good espresso with plenty of texture and a fantastic tasting crema (the lighter part on the top of an espresso).

Our staff undergo Barista training and know how important it is to adhere to certain procedures to ensure our drinks are of the highest consistent quality every time you get one and even though we know we’re sounding like coffee geeks a little, we don’t mind – as long as you love our coffee’s we’ll continue to passionately produce them.

PREFER SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Despite our great tasting coffee, we know that not everyone is a coffee enthusiast or from time to time may want something different and in particular something cold – especially in the Summer!

Aside from a great selection of cold bottled drinks like Coca-Cola, Belvoir Presse, and water – we offer an extensive list of speciality cold drinks which includes everything from Iced Latte to Milkshakes and our current customer favourite “Berries & Cream” (right).

Our ice blended smoothies, milkshakes and cold coffee’s come in several different flavours and all are prepared to order offering a refreshingly cold option to quench your thirst on a hot Summers day by the sea.
