DECEMBER/CHRISTMAS BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

For all bookings throughout December on an evening you will be required to secure your reservation with a credit/debit card.
Bookings can be made by telephone, online or in person.
All monies are strictly nonrefundable and non-transferable.
No money will be taken from your card at the time of booking.
However, please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking or to inform us of a reduced number of attendees 72hrs prior to your reservation, we reserve the right to charge your card £10 per person.
If you do not show up for your reservation at all we reserve the right to charge £20pp.
Should your numbers reduce, the monies lost cannot be used against wine, drinks or the final balance etc.
Party organisers are advised to inform all members of their party of this policy.
